Dispatch & Delivery

· We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 working days.

· Delivery will be by courier or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight of the order, and the area in which you live.

· We would normally expect you to have received your order within seven to ten working days of placing it. The majority of our orders dispatched arrive much sooner, but please allow extra time during bank holidays and at Christmas. If you have not received your order within this time please contact us. We will trace your order as a priority. If we are unable to trace your order within a reasonable time, we will either send a replacement order or refund you, according to your preference.
